OUR FOUNDER

A legacy in comprehensive rehabilitation in Colombia

In 1976, physiotherapist Jeannette Perry de Saravia founded the Reconstructive Surgery Foundation — today CIREC Foundation — marking the beginning of a journey dedicated to rehabilitation, social inclusion and the healing of thousands of lives of people with disabilities in Colombia. Her legacy continues to inspire the more than 220 professionals who make up our organisation.
