This channel is available to directors, employees, partners, suppliers, contractors, donors, volunteers and anyone interested in helping strengthen the institutional integrity of CIREC Foundation.

This is an anonymous whistleblowing channel, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All information received is treated in strict confidence, whether submitted through the form on this page or by email to canaldenuncias@cirec.org

Report categories:

Reports may be made about the following behaviours, which constitute malpractice, institutional risk or legal violations:

A) Unethical or unlawful conduct:

Acts such as corruption, fraud, abuse, discrimination, harassment, conflicts of interest and misuse of resources.

B) Financial irregularities:

Unauthorised transactions, split payments, personal use of institutional funds and unsupported transfers.

C) Accounting problems:

Manipulation of records, unsupported invoices, forgery and unjustified changes to accounting policies.

D) Staff-related risks:

Suspicious conduct, opaque hiring, excessive control, altered records and unexplained changes in lifestyle.

E) Third-party fraud:

Fake suppliers or clients, unsupported contracts and circumvention of controls.

F) Loss or diversion of assets:

Missing assets, inconsistent inventories and unrecorded returns.

G) Client and transparency issues:

Frequent complaints, unmanaged debts and delays in financial reporting.

H) Unauthorised access and control failures:

Improper access to systems or areas and lack of segregation of duties.

I) Corrupt practices:

Bribe payments or requests, improper commissions and unreported benefits.

Important notes:

1. Every report must be properly supported with evidence and arguments backing the facts reported. Submitting unfounded or unsupported reports may have legal consequences, given the harm caused to the good name and reputation of individuals or organisations.

2. This channel is intended exclusively for reports relating to the categories listed above.

To submit a report, please complete the form with the following information:

1. Description of the events:

A detailed account of the events you wish to report. We recommend structuring the description chronologically, including any information you consider relevant to understanding what happened.

2. Approximate date and place of occurrence:

An indication of when and where the reported events took place. If not known exactly, an estimate may be given.

3. People involved

Name(s), role(s) or any other detail that helps identify the people allegedly involved, if known.

4. Available evidence or indications:

Attachments such as documents, images, audio, video, witness names or other items that support or illustrate the reported events, if available.
