How do I sponsor
a baby or child?
Choose the baby or child from our Access to Health Social Impact programme that you would like to sponsor, and receive a welcome email with their photograph and detailed information.
Receive quarterly email updates on your sponsored child's habilitation and rehabilitation progress. Once a year you will receive a personalised message.
You will have access to exclusive events organised by CIREC Foundation to learn more about the impact of your contribution.
You can request your donation certificate for tax benefits on your monthly contribution.

What does being a sponsor involve?
It means consistently supporting the habilitation or rehabilitation of a baby or child with a disability cared for by CIREC Foundation. Through your monthly donation, you contribute to their medical care, therapies or assistive devices.
How often will I receive information or progress reports?
CIREC Foundation will share information with you clearly and regularly. Welcome pack: when
your sponsorship begins, you will receive your sponsored child's life story and photographs, so you can get to know their reality and their dreams. Quarterly
reports: every 3 months we will send you a report with updates on their rehabilitation, health progress and educational and/or social inclusion, depending on the type of support you are providing. This way you
can follow the impact of your contribution closely and accompany every step of their journey.
Can I sponsor more than one child?
Yes, you can sponsor one or several beneficiaries at the same time, according to your means and your wish
to help. Each sponsorship is an opportunity to rebuild the life of a baby or child with a disability who needs care, habilitation, rehabilitation and comprehensive support.
What happens if I can no longer continue sponsoring?
If for any unavoidable reason you need to stop your support, it is essential that you tell us as soon as possible.
We are committed to ensuring the child does not lose the benefits or support they need. We will quickly find a new sponsor or allocate funds from other organisational resources to guarantee the continuity of treatment or the delivery of assistive equipment already committed.
Can I send letters, messages or gifts, or visit my sponsored child?
Yes. At CIREC we deeply value the bond that sponsorship can create, so contact is possible, always safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of both parties. You
can send messages through the Foundation, either by post or by email to padrinos@cirec.org. We manage this exchange to protect privacy and provide support throughout the process. You may also send
small, meaningful gifts at certain times of the year. All gifts must be sent through the Foundation to ensure they arrive appropriately. Visits: if you would like
to meet your sponsored child in person, you can do so through a special process that must be arranged and authorised in advance by CIREC. Visits follow clear protocols with institutional support, to ensure a respectful and safe meeting.
Where does my financial contribution go?
Your contribution is managed and invested transparently by CIREC Foundation to cover specifically the costs of habilitation, rehabilitation, therapies and the delivery of assistive devices such as prosthetics, orthotics, wheelchairs
and others. We guarantee that your donation will not be used to cover the Foundation's administrative costs. Our aim is to multiply impact by joining forces between donors and our cause.
