Communities grow stronger when people regain the ability
to rebuild their future.

August 10 changed the lives of thousands of Colombians, but not their will to move forward. After an emergency, rebuilding means standing up again, regaining independence, and feeling that the future is still possible.

That is why the Colombian Society of Occupational Medicine (SCMT) is joining the CIREC Foundation's Humanitarian Fund Colombia, turning knowledge and solidarity into rehabilitation, mobility, care, and new opportunities for the affected communities.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION
SUPPORTS

Assistive devices such as wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, prosthetics, and orthotics, among others, that restore independence and autonomy.

3. Comprehensive rehabilitation

Experience with Humanitarian Emergencies

The CIREC Foundation has 50 years of experience in high-complexity habilitation and comprehensive rehabilitation in Colombia.

That is why we are once again putting our capabilities at the service of communities affected by major emergencies, as we did with the Armero tragedy, the Coffee Region earthquake, and more recently with Humanitarian Fund 77 – Faith Without Borders, mobilizing resources and capabilities to respond to the earthquakes in Venezuela and support people who needed to regain mobility and independence.

Today Colombia needs us. CIREC and SCMT are joining forces to respond.

Impact Reports

We want you to know how each donation is turned into aid.

We will periodically share information about the funds raised, the people who have benefited, the aid provided, and the main results of the Colombia Humanitarian Fund.

Support will be allocated based on an assessment of the needs identified in the affected communities, taking into account the particular conditions of each case, the care priorities defined for the initiative, and the availability of the funds raised.

Funds will be channeled through the CIREC Foundation to support actions that help people move forward again: essential medical and care items, mobility and independence aids such as wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, prosthetics and orthotics, and comprehensive rehabilitation processes aimed at restoring abilities and independence.
